Ricardo García Antón is an assistant professor in Tax Law at Tilburg University. He was educated at the University of Seville, where he graduated with a degree in law in 2002. He holds a master’s degree in Taxation from the Instituto de Estudios Fiscales/University of Seville (Spain) and a PhD from the European University Institute in 2015. Prior to starting his PhD studies, he worked for 7 years as a tax practitioner in Spain, concentrating on due diligence/tax audits, M&A transactions and tax litigation. His research interests are focused on European taxation and multilateralism in international taxation.

Hrvoje Arbutina is a professor at the Department of Financial Law and Financial Science, Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb. He teaches at various postgraduate studies at the University (Fiscal System and Fiscal Policy, EU Law, Commercial Law). He is the co-author of textbooks and a study of international tax law, the author of many articles and a participant in research projects.
